Challenge:
A government entity overseeing a major nature reserve in Flanders was receiving complaints from visitors about noise from motorcycles, dogs walking freely, and general disturbance in the park. These issues negatively impacted the visitor experience in the largest nature zone in the region.

Solution:
We developed an AI-powered chatbot and deployed it in the nature reserve for one week. Visitors interacted with the chatbot, sharing their real-time experiences regarding noise and disturbances. The data collected was analyzed to identify the primary pain points.

Result:
The feedback gathered through the chatbot provided actionable insights that led to improved park policies. Noise reduction measures were implemented, specific areas were restricted for dogs, and the visitor experience was significantly improved based on the real-time data provided by the AI chatbot.
